Starting from June 2016 the functional completeness of your ERP Mago4 is enriched with new capabilities: I.Mago is the application able to make Mago4 communicate with Zucchetti Infinity, enhancing the features of Mago4 with the collaboration functions of Infinity Application Framework, Infinity DMS and CRM Infinity by Zucchetti.

With the merger between Mago and Infinity, using a single login you will enter into a system that relies on the innate opening of the ERP environment and places the ERP engine in a wide collaborative environment.

In Imago, the integration between procedures is really high and the features are available also via the web; the synchronization between the Infinity environment  and the ERP one is real-time, ensuring seamless user experience within a single working environment, and with a single interface. You will experience an extreme completeness of management, without slowing your activities, thanks to the quick and easy installation wizard: many new features are immediately available with minimum impact.

To date, the integration provided by I.Mago allows you to exploit the full potential of your ERP in combination with Infinity Application Framework, in order to view and manage the virtual desktop My Desk and Mago4 gadgets, check the summary and detail of data management, have your email client with an effective rationalization system of messages starting from the ERP master data, access the sheet that collects and updates in real time all the data of Mago4 and Infinity. Furthermore, the collaboration between Mago4 and the document management of Infinity DMS offers you, anytime, anywhere, all the documents produced or stored by Mago4 or Zucchetti Infinity, automatically related to the reference entity.  That's not all: I.Mago blends perfectly Mago4 with the Infinity CRM systems: both for the CRM Marketing, with which to manage the activities that are carried out by sales managers and involving potential or previously acquired clients, and for the CRM Sales, for the advanced management of business negotiations, opportunities / offers, history, analysis capabilities (thanks to operational dashboard) as well as to enter orders and deals in Infinity Zucchetti using all Mago4 data (including prices and discounts determined in real time according to what is defined on the ERP).

In short, thanks to the perfect union and cooperation between the two environments, your own typical working day will be very different from usual!

Imagine you come into the office ... Now open your favorite browser and go straight to your virtual desk, where you've organized the most interesting information in the most comfortable way for your needs; the same screen displays your mailbox, the orders to be processed the same day, the expected goods and overdue invoices. Everything is available at a glance! More, with just one click you access management data to examine the information in detail, dispatch the goods, urging suppliers and contacting defaulting customers. The e-mail order confirmation of your customers are automatically "hooked" to the management document. Thus, in the case of checks, you do not have to search all over the mailbox, but simply open the order that will show you the attached email.

Mago Magix Connector

Another connector makes your Mago more and more flexible and open to integration with third-party solutions: here is a new, great simplification for Financial - Accounting area!

Thanks to a new connector designed for the ERP Mago you can now handle the Administrative area in an even more productive and accurate way. Through the export of account balances, in fact, the new connector Magix Fisco Aziende enables the exchange of data between your ERP software Mago and the software for accountants Magix Fisco Aziende by Apogeo, a Zucchetti Group Company.

Magix Fisco Azienda is a comprehensive tax suite that on one hand allows the consultant to develop taxes directly at the company, and on the other hand allows the companies themselves to prepare tax in total independence.

Importing balances makes it possible to carry out a series of tax compliance, since the import is not only the starting point to prepare the EU budget and the Explanatory Notes, but also the archive to fill out income charts for natural persons, companies and organizations, as well as the model of regional tax on production (Italian IRAP).

In Mago, within the new Magix Fisco Azienda Connector, there is a special procedure to export the account balances. The procedure, known as Export Balances in Magix, allows you to set an end date for processing, in order to calculate also interim balances to be exported; in addition, you have the possibility to view and / or print audit reports of the export file contents, where the account code and description is specified, with the corresponding balance in Debit or Credit; you can also set the save path of the file.

Thanks to the connector between Mago and the software Magix Fisco Azienda you have now available a dialogue system integrated to your ERP, in order to acquire the information required for the automatic compilation of financial statements and tax models.

The new Magix Fisco Azienda Connector is localized for Italy and has as a prerequisite the Accounting module; you can view the Connector in your Mago, simply by activating it as a module from the console.

Mago4 is the ERP solution that offers you even more lighter and customized tools than you're used to with Mago.net. The interface structure is designed to provide you with new ways to make use of the information, facilitate data entry and simplify navigation through the different functions.

More data and more available, and less tables: here is the big difference you'll notice when switching from Mago.net to Mago4.

In Mago.net the structure of the information was rational and intelligent, but you discover now that Mago4 is able to further enhance your user experience. The new logical ordering of content, revised according to a deep rationalization for similar fields, allowed to organize information using small panels, graphically represented as tiles.

The tiles are associated with different sets of information, which are always available on the screen (with no need to access the full screen). Graphically, the tiles are very attractive and make the user experience very enjoyable: through the tiles you can easily and fully access to the information, because you have panels easily navigable, manageable and responsive, that you can expand or collapse as needed. Furthermore with Mago4 you can customize the look of your ERP as you like, thanks to the different themes and fonts; the search function is boosted compared to that of Mago.net and menu functions now include not only the favorite items, but also the recent ones.

Another great benefit that Mago4 provides you, when compared to the past, is the complete overhaul of the graphics folder navigation, which is now always accessible from any point in the program, for any functionality. For example, in logistics area now you have the preview of the required document, parallel to the involved object. In this way, all the information that you manage with Mago.net are now even more accessible.

The general reorganization of the information in Mago4 follows a particularly valuable criterion: that of providing the user a single data structure, able to provide information to the maximum level of detail, optimizing all activities. Imagine, for example, to work in the warehouse: thanks to the new structure of Mago4, and differently from Mago.net, you can handle the commitment of the lot, reserving a specific lot in the warehouse; via the graphical navigation you can interrogate the quantities at individual levels of lot, variant, inventory. Furthermore, having access to a single source of data means a considerable improvement in performance, also on the production side.

With Mago4, usability is to the nth degree.
