Mago4 and Zucchetti AGO Infinity: a valuable integration for the world of accountants

Now we'll better analyze the solution we are talking about. AGO Infinity is the Zucchetti accounting and tax software dedicated to the management of all activities of accountants and associations: a single solution for all tasks, able to streamline processes and increase productivity. AGO Infinity is developed in Web technology and is based on the logic of sharing, collaboration and real-time communication: in this way, accountant studio and business customers operate within the same system, the data are accessible and up to date.

Today there's more: thanks to the integration between Mago4 and AGO you can switch data from Mago4 to AGO and vice versa, in a simple and practical way. The connector allows you to identify the AGO Firm with the Mago4 Company and set the parameters for the import and export procedures; you can also import AGO tables (sub-accounts, accounting descriptions, tax codes, standard codes and intra-Community transactions codes) and associate Mago4 tabular codes to those of AGO. Likewise, you can export the book entries (VAT documents and pure book entries), including customer / suppliers lists used in the book entries.

This information exchange takes place by means of special paths. But how to configure it? No problem! The optimal configuration of the data exchange system takes place in a very simple manner from the outset: Mago4 installation contains indeed default data, already including AGO predefined tables. In addition, the Financial Movements Export specific feature of AGO is an intuitive guide that lets you choose the type of documents to export, to associate any missing links and generate the file to send to your accountant. Simple and effective!

As Mago4 user, with AGO connector you can therefore transmit ledger entries to the accounting studio that carries out the tax statements and communications on behalf of the company. All with simplicity and maximum reliability.

Tesan Connector for Mago4

Mago4 now integrates with Zucchetti Card Health System.

The Italian Minister of Economy and Finance (with a Decree dated July 31, 2015) ruled that physicians, surgeons, and dentists, pharmacies and facilities accredited to the National Health Service must now send to the Health Card System, even through intermediaries, a dedicated file containing the data related to health care costs incurred in the year. The transmission must be carried out no later than the month of January of the year following the year of the expense.

In this way the Health Card system provides the Revenue Agency with information concerning the health costs incurred by citizens, in order to draw up the prefilled tax return preparation.

To meet this new requirement,Zucchetti has developed the solution "TESAN - Data transmission to the the Health Card System " that allows you to easily manage the transmission of the costs incurred by the aforementioned subjects to the the Health Card system, according to the new laws.

Therefore, and Mago4 were properly aligned to the system via the TESAN Connector, included in Service Pack 1.1 Mago4 (and SP 3.12.8 of

Your Mago ERP quickly and easily integrates with Zucchetti TESAN solution, producing for this purpose a CSV (text files that can accommodate long lists of data and to import information into spreadsheets and charts) that collects and provides the system a set of targeted data, such as the Tax Code of the health structure and of the patient, the payment identification, the type of service and the details for the refund.

The export concerns all recordable sales documents: invoices, accompanying invoices, receipts, debit notes, credit notes. Tesan Connector also provides a set of warning messages on the documents, both in case of cancellation and of modification.

The new feature (that is of course available only in Italian localization) can be activated from the Administration Console; you can see it on the menu in terms of procedures and parameters.

Mago Magix Connector

Thanks to a new connector designed for the ERP Mago you can now handle the Administrative area in an even more productive and accurate way. Through the export of account balances, in fact, the new connector Magix Fisco Aziende enables the exchange of data between your ERP software Mago and the software for accountants Magix Fisco Aziende by Apogeo, a Zucchetti Group Company.

Magix Fisco Azienda is a comprehensive tax suite that on one hand allows the consultant to develop taxes directly at the company, and on the other hand allows the companies themselves to prepare tax in total independence.

Importing balances makes it possible to carry out a series of tax compliance, since the import is not only the starting point to prepare the EU budget and the Explanatory Notes, but also the archive to fill out income charts for natural persons, companies and organizations, as well as the model of regional tax on production (Italian IRAP).

In Mago, within the new Magix Fisco Azienda Connector, there is a special procedure to export the account balances. The procedure, known as Export Balances in Magix, allows you to set an end date for processing, in order to calculate also interim balances to be exported; in addition, you have the possibility to view and / or print audit reports of the export file contents, where the account code and description is specified, with the corresponding balance in Debit or Credit; you can also set the save path of the file.

Thanks to the connector between Mago and the software Magix Fisco Azienda you have now available a dialogue system integrated to your ERP, in order to acquire the information required for the automatic compilation of financial statements and tax models.

The new Magix Fisco Azienda Connector is localized for Italy and has as a prerequisite the Accounting module; you can view the Connector in your Mago, simply by activating it as a module from the console.
